L&A Principals Strategic Advisory Services
Mr. Bach Nguyen has 30 years of experiences with many positions which he has taken: Design Engineer for safety relevant components of conventional and nuclear power plants, Engineer for piping systems, Project Manager, Sales Manager, Managing Director and Project Execution.
From 1988-1989, he had been managing for project execution Turbogroup in India and Finland. He has served as a Sales Manager for projects in some other countries in Asia like Pakistan, China and Indonesia.
He graduated from Stuttgart University with Diploma of Master Scientific on October, 1974. He also took part in researching of Mechanics at Stuttgart University from 1975 – 1979. In 1980, he graduated from Institute of Mechanics of Stuttgart with the excellent Diploma of Doctor Engineer.
He published two books about piping system: “Structure Dynamical Methods for calculation of pressure hammer in piping systems” and “Experimental analytical Methods for determination of maximum tension in piping systems based on measured deformations”.
He is taking part in Windeco Consulting & Trading GmbH – Heddesheim as a Managing Director and Project Execution of Industrial Plants.
Mr. Chuong Tran, Managing Principal, is a professional investment and management consultant with 20 years of experience in Asia. From 1995 to 2005 he served in Vietnam as Managing Director of James Riedel Associates, Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based international economic and management consulting firm, providing economic consulting services to international aid agencies (the World Bank, IFC, JBIC, JERI, USAID); and management and investment services to multi-national banks and corporations of business interests in Vietnam.
Previously, he founded and managed his own businesses in the U.S. in financial services, construction, and real estate sales, investment and development. He served as a Professional Staff Member of the U.S. House of Representatives Banking Committee, advising congressional members on banking and economic matters, and concurrently as a Legislative Assistant for foreign affairs and international trade.
Mr. Tran is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley School of Engineering, The London School of Economics, and The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, where he received the William Foster award for academic excellence and leadership. He has been published and quoted widely in Vietnam and in international media on the issues of foreign direct investment, corporate governance, economic reform policy, banking, trade, and the promising emerging enterprises of Vietnam. He is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Dung Truong, R & D Director, has over 30 years of experience in managing and leading regional and national level projects in education, training, e-commerce and e-government. Trained as a physicist at the University of Dalat, Mr.Truong also obtained an MBA specializing in e-commerce and e-marketing from the University of Rushmore (U.K.)
Mr Huy Nam – Economic Expert, having wide practical experience, working with famous businesses such as Vinappro, Savico, Saigon Postel, REE, CotecCons, .., co-founder of huge companies in Viet Nam ( NutiFood, Saigon Burotel, ..) as well as experience of researching and teaching, Mr Huy Nam is a brilliant advisor on Economic, Finance, Securities field, business restructuring and reorganization
He is now referee of Vietnam International Center Referee, member of Advisory Board of Securities Investment Newspapers and Board of Director in many big Viet Nam companies
Moreover, he also writes books, collaborates with famous economic newspapers in Viet Nam and got press award in 2005
Ms. Le Pham, General Director, an accomplished entrepreneur and noted civic leader, Ms. Pham Thi My Le founded Le & Associates Corp. (L & A) in 2001 after a successful career in the public and private sector. Under her leadership L & A has grown consistently on an average of 180% a year for the past six years. In 2003 she formed Jobviet.com, a job search website with currently over 110,000 registrants and IT Solution Co., Ltd.
She co-founded Entrepreneurs Club 2030 and is serving as an executive member of Young Businessmen Association of Ho Chi Minh City. In 2007, she was one of only two women from Vietnam selected by the U.S. State Department to participate in a month-long International Women’s Leadership Program in Washington, D.C. and New York.
Ms. Thuy Ngo, HR Director, With more than 9 years of working experience in producing field and trading, services of domestic & foreign companies, she spent many different positions. Especially recent years, she has taken 2 important positions: Candidate Service Manager, HR Director of Le & Associates. She has joined in interview and evaluating thousands candidates at Le & Associates with different levels from staff to high level management. She also takes part in building up and maintaining management system and developing human resource at Le & Associates.
Mr. William Carnahan, Esq., International Trade and Finance Counsel. His thirty years of legal experience includes representing government and private sector clients in a wide variety of international business and regulatory matters. Formerly a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of an international general practice law firm, he holds graduate degrees in law from Harvard Law School, and in international trade and finance from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. Mr. Carnahan is based in Washington, D.C.
