Pham Thi My Le
As a serial entrepreneur, Le has gained both success and failure in the following industries: Human Resources, Social Media, Software Development, Vocational Training. Le’s current job is at L & A Investment Corporation where she leads the strategy and coordinates resources to support the growth of the companies in the group, including L & A – Total HR Solution Supply, KingBee – Marketing Operation Services and Nesso – BPO in Image and Data Processing.
She founded and has served as its chairwoman Le & Associates, Jsc. (L & A), a human resource total solution company that has grown from 5 to 9,000 employees during the last 16 years. Early 2016 Le & Associates expanded strategic services to Japanese clients operating in Viet Nam and in Japan via a minority investment by Dream Incubator, Inc. (DI) - a Japanese consulting and investment company.
Le restructured KingBee 03 years ago after two years’ low-returned investment in social media and leveraged its capacity to offer online and below- the-line marketing services to many top Vietnamese and international brands with sales growth rate of nearly 200% per year with the unique advantage: the synergy of conventional and digital platforms to maximize the outcome for each campaign.
To prepare for the AEC free labour market and to tap the higher margin BPO offshore market, Le acquired a small business early 2015 and built it into Nesso to deliver the image processing services to offshore clients in Australia, Europe, Japan and North America.
Le was a valedictorian graduate of Hue University Pedagogy School. She also earned a B.A. in Business from HCMC Open University. She was selected to represent Vietnam in the Program of Woman Leadership Mentoring, in 2007, by the U.S. States Department in Washington, D.C.
She co-founded and has served as Vice President of external affairs of Ho Chi Minh City Association for Women Executives and Entrepreneurs (HAWEE) with 195 members since 2015; Initiator and Mentor in SME Mentoring Program for 300 start-ups in Vietnam since 2012. Previously, she co-founded and served as Vice Chair of 2030 Businessmen Club – Saigon Times Group of 250 business and executive members from 2003 ~ 2010 and also Vice Chair of the Young Business Association of Ho Chi Minh City (YBA) with 800 business members from 2006 till 2011.
