Le & Associates finishes the receipt of strategic investment by Dream Incubator Japan

L&A and Dream Incubator (DI) have a good start for 2016, since these companies reached a strategic partnership agreement in February 2016, in which DI will hold more than 34% stake of L&A. Over the past fifteen years, L&A has been continuously developing and manages to complete their model of supplying “Total HR Turnkey Solutions”, which is mainly based on talent acquisition, retain and developing for fulfilling strategy of enterprises. Currently, a thousand local and foreign companies choose services of L & A, including: Leadership and Behavioral Assessment; Recruitment; HR Management Consulting; HR Outsourcing and Staffing in Commerce, Production and Data – Images Processing. The key distinction and competitive advantages of L&A include analytic capacity, strategic vision and solutions, which are intelligently tailored to specific clients in order to optimize their investment in human resources.

L&A left a strong impression on DI for its development strategy, administration and transparency, so it took only over a year for both sides to finish the deal. “Everything seemed to be ready before we came”, said Kyohei (Kay) Hosono, CEO of DI Vietnam.

DI Corporation, one of leading Japanese strategy consulting firm for large corporation and government organization, has been operating in Vietnam for nine years and plays as a “bridge” for Japanese and Vietnamese companies in recent years, which are mainly operating retail and distribution, agriculture, information technology, etc. The Company launched in Vietnam since 2007, but merely invested in five companies (including L&A) and successfully “bears fruit” in many business contributions.

DI’s investment in L&A is regarded as a win-win solution. L&A will have chances to improve their business development consulting, enrich data in business supporting services and invest in staff to meet increasing demand of Vietnam’s business community. In the next three years, L&A will focus on three strategic products – leadership assessment and development,  HR outsourcing and subcontracting for production and commerce for Vietnam market, and IT-related services for Japan. L&A statistics shows that its HR business partner solution helps clients cut operation cost by 15% to 300%. Meanwhile, DI will be able to strengthen its position in consulting and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) fields by cooperating with a partner with high and sustainable growth.

Besides strengthening their internal resources, L&A is also searching and collaborating with their strategic partners in the value chain in order to meeting increasing demands of domestic and foreign companies. There is a clearly huge gap of professional human resources services in Vietnam. In order to going beyond, L&A has expanding their collaboration with various partners to integrate resources and take advantage of each other.

As for leadership assessment and development division, L&A has cooperated with Zenger Folkman – a global leader in leadership development by building individual strength instead of fixing weakness to localize their platform and courses. Surveys show that a leader can contribute 40-70% of the marginal value of an enterprise.
