The procedure

At first, you should obtain our resume form via our website or at Le & Associates office. Then, fill out all the information on the resume form and submit it to us. On receiving your resume, we will list you in our database and find jobs that are most suitable to your desire and qualification. Candidates are then invited to our office for a test and an interview. Passing this stage, you will go for the final interview with the recruiters. Candidates from Le & Associates are usually accepted for the jobs as recruiters always highly appreciate the screening process of Le & Associates. If in the interview, it is determined that the candidate's qualifications do not really fit to a particular position, the candidate's record will be held and matched with other available job opportunities.
