– Business operation plan: building and managing business operation plan, business structure, organization chart, internal processes, technology project management.

Mr. Truong Binh Nguyen

MBA University of Wales (MDIS Singapore). He has over 15 years of experience in the fields of strategy, Marketing, IT & data science.

Experienced in business development, strategy, planning, marketing projects about the automotive industry, spare parts, apparel, online business, F&B, food & IT.

Ms. Phan Thi My Hang is a Chief Operating Officer of L & A Holdings.

She has over 15 years of experience in the application software industry and been through different positions before being promoted to Head of HR Department at Fico-YTL. She transformed the operations that enabled the executive board to make quick decisions with the system she built.

Ms. Hang was the Branch Director of Tinh Van Enterprise for 6 years and helped many customers to lead their respective markets by successfully applying the Agile model.

Mr. Truong Chi Dung is the Director of Research & Development, and a member of the Board of Directors of Le & Associates – Human Capital solutions(L & A). He has over 30 years of experience in managing and in charge of education and training projects.

He graduated with an MBA in E-commerce, a distance learning program from Rushmore University. Grand cayman, Cayman Islands (April 2001 – 1/203), and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physics, University of Da Lat, Vietnam, 1970-1974. He is fluent in Vietnamese, English and French.
