In economic recession: solution to retain talents
It is the main objective of the workshop on Human capital management in the economic recession: Challenges and Solutions held in Golden Palace (Dong Nai) on August 23, 2012. The workshop was organized by Lac Viet Information Technology Joint Stock Company, Le & Associates and HR Vietnam.
Representatives of the three organizations shared their effective solutions to human capital management to 100 guests, who were HR managers and executives in Bien Hoa – Dong Nai.
Mr. Ngo Dinh Duc – L&A General Director gave the answer to the important question “What does it mean by talent?” In his opinion, the talent must have three characteristics: being capable, having commitment and willing to contribute. He emphasized that businesses must find the right people through formal quantitative system, on which they can base to have proper development and management plan so as to balance among benefits, training and salaries.
All the speakers of the workshop also agreed that, in the economic recession, organizations need to develop appropriate human resource management strategies, deploy programs properly and have a supportive and effective information technology.
Some solutions with information technology to assist human resource management were presented for businesses in the present time.
