On May 18, 2012, L&A successfully presented a professional competence training course entitled, “Training skills” for 23 Prudential employees at Pru Plaza, district 8, HCMC.

The course provided customized teaching content, professionally presented and combined with practical activities which enabled the participants to successfully meet the course objectives:

• Perceiving the value of a “Training skills” concept and understanding the methods required to train employees
• Improving and applying effective listening skills
• Gaining knowledge of motivation techniques, both for one’s self and subordinates

After completing the course, the majority of Prudential employees present gave positive feedback and expressed a desire to have further opportunities to cooperate with L&A in professional competence training seminars.
