Scope of work:

• Employment Outsourcing to manage the warehouse workers.

Duration: Since 2012 up to date.

Headcount: 200.

Project’s challenges:

• Very wide fluctuation of operation plan and relative headcounts;
• Short recruitment lead time;
• The third supervisory party highly demands of documents, emphasizing on human rights, labor security, welfare, etc., in compliance to Vietnamese and their local laws.
