Scope of work:
- Employment Outsourcing for Secondary Packaging Workshop, Warehouse and Office.
Duration: Since April 2004 up to date.
Headcount: 50.
Client’s problem:
- Mismatch in HR planning due to high fluctuation of production and the validation during transition between 3 factories in Vietnam;
- Legal issues if change working location of employees.
Solution by L & A:
- Flexibility to assign employees between 3 factories;
- Ensure that production planning;
- Providing training/ coaching for HRBP team such as GMP, HSE (behavior of safety).

- Easy to rotation employees between 3 factories (D4/D9/Thu Duc);
