Scope of work:

• Employment Outsourcing for Secondary Packaging Workshop, Warehouse and Office.

Duration: Since April 2004 up to date.

Headcount: 50.

Client’s problem:

• Mismatch in HR planning due to high fluctuation of production and the validation during transition between 3 factories in Vietnam;
• Legal issues if change working location of employees.
