Scope of work:

• Complete per-manhour production outsourcing including HR and operation management: QC garment product.

Duration: from April 2017.

Headcount: ~ 50.

Project’s challenges

• To recruit a big team of garment quality controllers in a remote area, afar from the center of Bac Giang city to work for a short time.

Solutions:

• Collect the project management teams in Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Ha Noi to co-work during the first phase of the project;
• Rotate suitable workers from nearby low-season projects.

Results:

• Client trusted and assigned one more employment outsourcing project with approximately 50 office staff.
