ABOUT FINXS

After the success of the Extended DISC foundation, the global HR community once again embraced the new evolution of this foundation with more helpful tools and utilities.
It is pleasure for L & A to introduce FinxS, an enhanced version of Extended DISC, has just been released and updated by Mr. Jukka Sappinen (Finland) who a founder and developer of Extended DISC. It was first introduced at the Asian Partner Conference in Kuala Lumpur in April.
FinxS is widely used in 50 countries around the world, trusted by various million-dollar organizations on the Forbes 500 list. In Vietnam, L & A is currently considered as a main distributor of this foundation.

Mr. Dung has been the R&D Director of Le & Associates since 2006 and is a key player in Le & Associates research and development. He had have many years of experiences in consulting and implementing the human resources projects, especially in the field of assessments of capacity and methods.
He has taught for many big corporations such as Saigon Coop, Vingroup, Vsip and so on.

Mr. Jukka Sappinen

Founder and CEO of International Extended DISC and FinxS

Mr. Jukka Sappinen is the founder and developer of the FinxS foundation (predecessor EDISC), with more than 20 years of research experience in the area of measurement and evalutation of individual behavioral / organizational capacities. The FinxS foundation is available in more than 50 countries, translated into 55 languages, growing at 20 to 50% per year and being used by millions of multinational companies worldwide.
